It is with pleasure to announce the 4th Dutch Caribbean Heart Days (DCHD) to be held January 14 – 16, 2027 in the Ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel in Willemstad, Curaçao.

With the DCHD, a strong educational platform in (cardiovascular) radiology and cardiology was created for the Caribbean region and South-America, but also for North-America and Europe.

The meeting promotes the knowledge on cardiovascular radiology and features a spectrum from basic principles towards (advanced) clinical applications and scientific innovations. Optimal and sustainable healthcare will be discussed based on regional experience (Caribbean region and South-American) as well as from Europe.

The program is also appealing for residents and technicians in radiology and (pediatric) cardiology, pulmonologists and internal medicine MD’s. Technical aspects and protocols, scientific content on cardiac imaging will be addressed besides topical sessions covering the clinical implications of imaging findings. Sessions will feature examples of actual clinical cases and how novel techniques, methods and interventions can be used to better diagnose and treat patients with a variety of diseases affecting the cardiovascular system.

The congenial and collaborative atmosphere of the congress offers excellent opportunities for networking and jumpstarting of multicenter collaborations and research projects within and over the continents.
