Sialorrhea more commonly known as drooling is a common problem seen in patients suffering from diverse medical conditions. Both adults as well as children are affected. The most common medical conditions leading to sialorrhea are mainly neurological conditions such as Parkinson and Cerebral Palsy. Sialorrhea is frequently seen in patients undergoing rehabilitation therapy. Sialorrhea does not only lead to physical problems but are also a source of psychological burden. This presentation will discuss the definition and causes of sialorrhea as well as the means of diagnosis and treatment.
