Dear Suscriber,

We are very pleased to present the program for the 14th Netherlands Heart Days (NHD) January 16 – 18, 2020 in Curaçao.
The NHD is a high-level multidisciplinary annual meeting in cardiovascular radiology with participants from Europe, the entire Caribbean area, as well as North and South America.
The meeting is organized by the NHD together with the NASKHO (Netherlands–Caribbean Foundation for Clinical Higher Education) and Subspecialty Section on Cardiovascular Radiology of the Radiological Society of The Netherlands.

This years' program has a special Thursday program focusing on imaging lung cancer, screening for lung cancer and emphysema. Furthermore, on Thursday and Saturday hands-on case reading sessions on cardiac CT and lung cancer screenings are offered parallel to the main program. The Friday and Saturday sessions will cover topics such as machine learning, new imaging techniques, cardiac amyloidosis, CT-FFR, new developments in imaging and treatment of valvular disease and cardio-oncology. Lectures will be given by a mix of European and local Caribbean experts and speakers from North- and South America.

Young researchers will have the opportunity to submit abstracts for the Poster Award Session. The abstracts, with only cardiovascular topics, will be rated by a jury and the 5 highest rated abstracts will be presented in a plenary oral session. The best presentation will be awarded with a Poster Award.

Early fee registration is open until December 1, 2019.

We hope to welcome you in beautiful Curaçao in January!
