DESCRIPTION:\n13th NETHERLANDS HEART DAYS 2019\nJanuary 17 - 19\, 2019\nDea
r Colleagues\,\nWe are very pleased to present the program for the 13th Ne
therlands Heart Days (NHD) from January 17 – 19\, 2019 in Curaçao.\nThe an
nual NHD has proved its value as high level annual meeting in cardiovascul
ar radiology as evidenced by both the returning number of regular particip
ants as well as the increment of new ones from Europe\, the entire Caribbe
an area\, North and South America\, and the last years also Asia.\nThe mee
ting is organized by the NHD together with the section Cardiovascular Radi
ology of the Radiological Society of The Netherlands\, in close cooperatio
n with the NASKHO (Netherlands – Caribbean Foundation for Clinical Higher
Education).\nThis years' program covers topics on coronary plaque imaging\
, myocardial perfusion quantification\, machine learning in cardiovascular
imaging\, and many more. On the last day\, the traditional 'local' sessio
n will cover new developments in radiology and cardiology in these regions
with speakers from the Caribbean and South America.\nYoung researchers ag
ain will have the opportunity to submit abstracts for the Poster Award Ses
sion. The abstracts\, with only cardiovascular topics\, will be rated by a
jury and the 5 highest rated abstracts will be presented in a plenary ora
l session. The best presentation will be awarded with a Poster Award. The
remaining accepted posters can be viewed on site.\nEarly fee registration
is open until December 1\, 2018.We hope to welcome you in Curaçao in Janua
 ry!Prof. T. LeinerProf. H.J. LambProf. M. Oudkerk\n[accordion collapse='fa
