DESCRIPTION:Please login to enroll!\nTISLEP and SanokonduThe first Toronto
International Summit on Leadership Education for Physicians (TISLEP) was h
eld in October 2014 and represented a collaboration between the University
of Toronto's Faculty of Medicine and Institute for Healthcare Policy\, Me
asurement and Evaluation\, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeon
s of Canada. Since then\, three subsequent TISLEP meetings have been held
bringing various healthcare leaders\, educators\, patients and other stake
holders together. The objective of these meetings has been to provide part
icipants with the opportunity to engage in lively and productive dialogue
about healthcare leadership development. In 2016\, this collaboration led
to the establishment of Sanokondu\, an international community of practice
dedicated to fostering health professional leadership education worldwide
through the creation and dissemination of open educational resources in l
eadership development. The name Sanokondu represents an adaptation of 'hea
lth leadership' in the universal language of Esperanto. NASKHOThe Dutch Ca
ribbean Foundation for Clinical Higher Education (NASKHO) was established
